Level Up 16: Limited info, a solution to dealing with Alpha/Passive players(1775: Rebellion example)

In this episode of Level Up, I give a solution to the issue of the Alpha or far too nice player in games, using the example of 1775 by Academy games. The solution actually comes from the multiplayer epic game rules of Memoir '44, which have been changed a bit to incorporate the theme and game of 1775.
